Food Additives for Windows

I think it's quite nice.... This is not so much for the people who worry about their weight, it's rather for the people who worry about the quality of their meals. Most of the ingredients in food sound like chinese to me, and that usually bugs me. What is E-338 and why is it in my Cola?! This program makes it easier to see what is their role and if they can have any negative effects on you. Pros: A very nice way to start taking care of our health. Cons: A bit scary, when you realize what are you pouring into your body...

Why would somebody waste their time with this??. Honestly I doubt this type of program is really useful. It seems to me that if you spend so much time sitting in front of a computer calculating how many calories are in a meal you aren't outside doing sports or activities that will keep you healthy.If you wanna stay in shape, it's better to have a balanced diet and to do some sports regularly instead of wasting your time on a diet management program. Pros: None Cons: time spent using this program could be used actually losing weight
